To monitor the Floxsie experience for all, especially those from historically underrepresented communities, and report back on ways to improve it.

To facilitate broader participation, we will offer scholarship opportunities for vendors unable to attend because of financial constraints. The Committee will oversee which vendors are chosen.

3.
Invest in ongoing education for all audience members, continually raising awareness.

4.
Suggest and appoint charities we as an organization should partner with and support.
